Well, I've played some MS Servers, and I think I can rate some servers.
NetoverlordsMS (a.k.a. SakuraMS)
Pros: Good amount, no lag, Cash shop, good in overall. Guilds, parties, yeah.
Cons: Bad EXP rate, 150. And no rebirth..i'm pretty sure.
AngerfistMS
Pros: AWESOME Rates, Rebirth, Cash Shop, etc. And I play in this one. Guilds too. And parties. FOJ too. (Field of Judgement)
Cons: Lags sometimes, some rollbacks. Make sure you save!
